Given information:

• Nickel sulfate ${\text{NiSO}}_{\text{4}}$ s a green solution.
• Nickel chloride ${\text{NiCl}}_2\left(aq\right)$ is a yellow solution.
• Hydrochloric acid $\text{HCl}\left(aq\right)$ is a clear colorless solution.

The reaction of metal Ni with hydrochloric acid can be written as:

$\text{Ni}\left(s\right)\text{+ 2 HCl }\left(aq\right)\stackrel{}{\to }{\text{NiCl}}_{\text{2}}\left(aq\right){\text{+ H}}_2\left(g\right)$

Here, Nickel chloride ${\text{NiCl}}_2\left(aq\right)$ is formed as a product.

Since, nickel chloride ${\text{NiCl}}_{\text{2}}\left(aq\right)$ is a yellow solution therefore, the resultant solution must be yellow in color.

Conclusion

The resultant solution will be yellow in color.
