Explanation of Solution
In a chemical reaction, a physical change, like a state change does not create a new substance, but in a chemical change, a new substance is always formed. The reactants are molecules or compounds reacting in a chemical reaction to produce products.
In any chemical reaction, no new atom of element is formed only the existing atoms are rearranged to from new molecules and compounds. In a chemical reaction, mass can neither be created nor destroyed. The change takes place in the composition or chemical properties of the substance.
