Introduction
p-chart is a control chart that is used for determining the flow of attributes in a process. p-chart determines the proportion of defects that occur in a process. The proportions of defects are checked with respect to the control limits of the process. Therefore, if a few sample observations shows the out of control situation, it simply means that quality improvement needs to be done.
