The graph below shows the drug (beclomethasone)concentration after one dose in blood using the CFC or HFA propellant in the inhaler.
The highest peak is produced by HFA which is correlated to the highest blood concentration. Form the graph, the level of CFC is lower than that of HFA in blood concentration. Therefore, in the blood the highest concentration of medication is HFA.
