In Aqueous solution, Sucrose does not dissociate but HCl molecules dissociates.
Explanation of Solution
Hydrogen chloride is a molecular compound with polar covalent bonds while sucrose is a carbohydrate with non-polar covalent bonds. Sucrose doesn’t dissociate into ions when dissolved in water. Hydrogen chloride molecules dissociate into hydrogen ions and chloride ions when dissolved in water to form an aqueous solution.
