Explanation of Solution
The physical properties are affected by physical as well as chemical changes. The physical property of any substance is its visible property which can be observed without performing any chemical reaction. Some of the physical properties of a substance are chemical symbol, density, size, color, hardness etc. Physical properties of any substance can be changed and this change is reversible if done as a physical change but if the physical property is changed via a chemical change then the change is irreversible.
On the other hand, chemical properties show the change in a substance to form a complete new substance. Some of the chemical properties are corrosion or oxidation, flammability, etc. The change in chemical property of a substance can only be seen if it undergoes a chemical reaction. If any chemical property is changed, the reversible process is not easy and may require one or more chemical reactions.
Therefore, the two examples of physical property are phase and color and that of chemical property is corrosion and flammability.
