Now, Area of Trapezoid = 12 square feet, Side1 = 2 ft. & Height = 3 ft.

Now, to find other base. Let’s assume other base = x ft.

12 square feet = $\frac{1}{2}\times (2+x)\times 3$ square feet

  $\frac{12\times 2}{3}$ = $2+x$

  $x=8-2$ ft.

  $x=6$ ft.
