Non-polar molecule doesn’t have permanent dipole moment. Induced dipole moment is generated in this molecule. This is dispersion forces which is more for molecules with greater surface area. Long molecules have more surface area and so one can interact strongly with other molecule than spherical non-polar molecules.
Long molecules can interact with one another strongly due to having more surface area as compared to non-polar spherical molecules.
