Explanation of Solution
In the question it is given that Texas A&M like many universities offers screening for HIV the virus that causes AIDS. And the students may choose either anonymous screening or confidential screening. And they can learn their results of the test by telephone still without giving their name. Thus, this describes that it is anonymous, because a name never has to be given but not confidential, because everybody can call and give a different number than their own, and thus everybody could know the result of a certain individual (although not the name).
