Explanation of Solution
For comparative reasons, there was no monitoring group. A test group's primary aim is to create a benchmark for comparing the impacts of the other treatments. it is not known whether it was a placebo effect without such a group of associations or whether the flavonols were directly affecting the flow of blood. That's why the cocoa couldn't tell whether the increased blood flow actually induced.
