Explanation of Solution

It should be used a bar graph, because the months are comes into categorical and the histogram needs that the variable should be numerical. The width of the bars has to be equal and the height has to be equal to the number of students. It is expected that the 60 students in the sample to be evenly spread over all months and therefore there should be about students per month.
