In polar covalent bond, location of electrons is near more electronegative atom but electrons shared equally in non polar covalent bond.
Explanation of Solution
Polar molecules have uneven electron density and they have dipole with partially charged ends. Due to unequal sharing of electrons in polar molecule, electrons spent most of the time near more electronegative atom. But in case of non-polar molecule electrons are shared equally.
Polar molecules consist of permanent dipoles due to positive and negative charge ends.
