Explanation of Solution
According to the question, the feedback of customers is based on online ratings.
So, the sampling is biased towards those who actually give ratings online. Only a portion of actual customers provide online ratings which means that the actual feelings of all the customers cannot be known just from the “online ratings”. In reality the rating would have been higher or lower compared to the online rating, which makes it difficult to actually estimate the actual feedback from the customer.
