To explain why even a large sample of mall shoppers would not provide a trustworthy estimate of the current unemployment rate in the city where the mall is located.
Explanation of Solution
If we consider the a large sample of the mall shoppers, even they did not provide a trustworthy estimate of the current unemployment rate in the city where the mall is located because the sample collected of the mall shoppers are all those people who are employed and earning good therefore they are able to do the mall shopping. So, we if take only those people whose employment is already there and they are able to go to the expensive places then our study will show that the employment rate in the city is good. But we should consider the sample of the people who are going to the places those are not very expensive to know the correct employment rate. Thus, this sample of mall shoppers is biased and will not provide trustworthy result.
