• In Quadrant III, both the coordinates of ordered pair are negative, that is, $\left(-,-\right)$ .
• In Quadrant IV, first point is positive and second is negative, that is, $\left(+,-\right)$ .

In order to find which point represents the location of the tent, the poit (3,7) represent in the graph by moving 3 unit to the right in the x-coordinate and move 7 unit up, the point in (3,7) is point C.

So, the point is C in the location of the tent.
