DNA is genetic material. DNA has a double-helix structure, with mainly three components sugar and phosphate, and a nitrogenous base. In double helix structure two strands of the helix arranged in opposite directions, so a coiled and helical structure is formed.

DNA is formed by the helix, sugar-phosphate basic strength of the DNA. In the DNA the nitrogenous bases are fixed at the base part, and the base pairs are joined together by hydrogen bonds. The phosphate backbone is present outer region, and the bases are are present in the inner region. Each strand interacts hydrogen bonding with a base from the other strand which is running opposite direction. By this opposite interaction, the ladder is formed as the helix of the DNA.
DNA is composed of different chemical groups and bases. The phosphate group interaction is from the ladder for the DNA helical structure.
