The reason as to why celery has a large number of polysaccharides still it is considered as a good snack for people on a diet is to be stated.

Concept introduction:

A large molecule formed by the combination of multiple numbers of monosaccharides is called polysaccharide. These monosaccharides can be same, known as homo-polysaccharide or different known as hetero-polysaccharides. A molecule with a straight chain is called linear polysaccharide and that with a branched chain is called a branched polysaccharide.
