Given:

It is given in the question that the function are $y=-\cos 3\theta \&y=\sin 3(\theta -{90}^{\circ })$ .

Here, the two functions are $y=-\cos 3\theta \&y=\sin 3(\theta -{90}^{\circ })$ . Now, put the both graph in the graphing calculator , it gives the required graph in same plane in proper way.

Now, it is easy to conclude that the second graph is the reflection across the x − axis of the first graph.
