Also, the possible location of the amino acids glutamine, glycine, and alanine.

Introduction:

Amino acids can be divided into many groups based on the chemical properties of their side chains. They can be polar (charged basic, charged acidic or uncharged) as well as nonpolar (uncharged). Some of them are commonly found on the surface of proteins, whereas some form a part of the protein’s interior.
