The current is induced as the coils move in the earth magnetic field.
Explanation of Solution
Introduction:
The current induces as there is any change in magnetic field.
If the coil is placed in the earth's magnetic field and it waves around in the air, the magnetic field changes. As the magnetic field change, the voltage will induce. This voltage induces the electric current and this current flow through the coil. There doesn't need to be a magnet present, here with no magnet there will be a change in the magnetic field of earth and as a result of which the current induces in the coil.
Conclusion:
There will be a change in the earth’s magnetic field as the coil waves around in the air and the current induces and it flows through the coil.
