Question
Chapter 23, Problem 2CS
Summary Introduction
To determine:
Whether either of the two parents needs to have mixed race ancestry for the twins to be so different.
Introduction:
Quantitative inheritance results from the continuous range of variation. It can be explained in Mendelian terms with multiple factors or multiple gene hypothesis. It is also called as polygenic inheritance since many genes are involved in quantitative inheritance. Since both gene action and environmental factors enhance the polygenic inheritance it is also called as complex traits.
