Interpretation: The base which will form a hydrogen bond with uracil within an RNA molecule is to be stated and its structure is to be drawn.
Concept introduction: A nitrogenous base is defined as an organic molecule which consists of nitrogen atom and act as a base because of the presence of lone pair over nitrogen atom. The nitrogenous bases are the building blocks of deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) and ribonucleic acid (RNA). They are classified as purines and pyrimidines. The nitrogenous bases are adenine (A), guanine (G), cytosine (C), thymine (T) and uracil (U) out of which only adenine guanine cytosine and uracil are found in RNA.
