Concept introduction:
Dynamic equilibrium is that equilibrium in which forward and backward reactions are continues even after the equilibrium has been reached.
Answer to Problem 34A
When both the opposing reactions are continues even after the equilibrium has been reached, such equilibrium is said to be dynamic equilibrium.
Explanation of Solution
After the attainment of equilibrium, the reaction does not stop though it appears as if it has stopped. Both the reactions such as forward and reverse reactions continue even after the equilibrium has been reached with the equal rates. This means that if products are formed from reactants, then equal amount of products are going back to the reactants.
When both the opposing reactions are continue even after the equilibrium has been reached, such equilibrium is said to be dynamic equilibrium.
