Concept Introduction :
Nuclear Magnetic Resonance spectroscopy (NMR) is an analytical chemistry techniques used for structure determination. Many nuclei have spin and when magnetic field is applied, nuclei can be excited from a lower energy level to a higher energy level. When spin returns to its origin, energy absorbed is emitted with certain frequency. These frequencies are measured and processed to obtained an NMR spectrum.
