Avogadro’s law: The volume of a gas increases with increase in the number of moles at constant temperature and pressure.

When the number of moles of gas molecules increases in a closed container, the chance of collision between the gas molecules with the walls per unit time increases. If the pressure remains constant, the volume must increase to get the bigger surface area so that the molecules strike the walls less frequently.
