- Channel 1: Selling to end customers using a retailer. Intermediaries are used by companies to sell their products. This type of distribution channel is used to sell to a large number of customers.
- Channel 2: Selling of products using both retailer and wholesaler.
- Channel 3: Using agents or brokers before the wholesaler or retailer. Here, more than one intermediary comes into work where the agent negotiates between the producer and seller.
