Summary Introduction

Given scenario:

A customer bought an expensive gift and shipped to a bride in another state. After a month the customer came to know that the bride has not received the gift. The customer contacted the company and demand refund for the shipping. The shipping company explained that the product has been delivered and also claimed that the product has shipped by a well-known delivery firm, the firm does not get signature from the customer who is receiving the package and the firm delivers the package to the respective address mentioned irrespective of the customer name.

Upon investigation, the customer came to know that the bride has moved on to another address and the product has been received by the new person who moved into the house. The company claimed that it had properly delivered the product and it’s the customer mistake who hadn’t mentioned proper address and denied the refund request of the customer.
