Given information : the event is given as,
“You roll a 5 on a number cube, then you a 6.”
from the given event it can be concluded that,
The result of obtaining a 5 on the first roll does not affect the result of obtaining a 6 in the second roll. So the two events are not dependent on each other.
Therefore, the events are independent.
