Introduction:

The eye is made up of the cornea, the pupil, the iris, and the retina. The retina is the portion of the eye where the image falls. The process of light falling on the eye lens and forming the image on the retina follows the principle of refraction of light. The image formation depends on the medium through which it is transmitted and the shape of the lens.
