Expert Solution
Step 1

Transcription is a process by which DNA is transcribed into RNA. Transcription in eukaryotes takes place in the nucleus and takes place in three stages; initiation, elongation and termination. In eukaryotes only DNA polymerase wont work alone, it requires transcription promoters to start the transcription process. Transcription factor attaches to the promoter region and attracts suitable polymerase. RNA polymerase along with transcription factors is called a transcription pre initiation complex.
