Silver Airways Company has various goals that are determined to be important to the company, though those goals are achievable the company needs to identify the reasoning behind these goals. Upon reasearch, a SWOT analysis will be included to help identify the company’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. By establishing this, the company can use the information to achieve the goals that may be set to expand the company in the right direction. A SWOT analysist can also be used to provide one reading of the company's standing, while also indicating factors that may be affecting the company.
SWOT Table
Strengths
Weakness
Accession of Seaborne Airlines, helps in expanding the market
Main serviced area is Florida
Ability to strategically grow in market, in result will help with the company’s market position
Limited routes in the regions (specifically southeast and northeast regions)
Known for their frequent flying in the Caribbean and Bahamas
Their outpost is in specific locations, which
in the end limits where they can be found.
Opportunities
Threats
Expanding their flight routes to more countries in the Caribbean and potentially the world
Airline industry has a vast amount of competition
Acquiring Seaborne Airlines, which will help in having Cost of maintenance for planes and fuel cost
Purchasing/ building newer planes to be able to keep up with the new business they will pick up and help to offer more routes.
Fluctuation in economy, in result can lead to travel demands being impacted
Strengths Explanation Paragraph
When it comes to Silver Airways, as a company they are known for various great things that they
provide. Silver Airways have a strong reputation for providing their customers with excellent service, while also offering affordable flights to some nearby islands. The company has now also
acquired Seaborne Airlines, which have helped in the expansion of the company in a positive
light. Silver Airlines can grow in the market strategically due to them already being known as many small Caribbean islands for allowing customers to get to and from the island properly.
Weakness Explanations Paragraph
Though a great company, Silver Airlines has also limited their business in various ways. Due to the limited routes offered, the company is missing out on many parts of the market. With the airline market being so extensive, the company needs to not limit its routs to only Bahamas and certain Caribbean islands. Due to their fleet sizes also being small Silver Airlines is also limited when it comes to the number of flights and number of passengers they can carry, in that case the company faces an issue that is impacting them negatively. Opportunity Explanations Paragraph
Due to Silver Airways having a vast fleet but many not in use, they are able to change that and create the opportunity for the company to expand their routes and focus on also expanding internationally. By Silver Airways taking this opportunity, they can use their acquisition of Seaborne Airlines to achieve that goal. Though fuel cost can impact the company, with the expansion, they are able to keep up with the cost of fuel and build more fuel-efficient aircraft to assist in their global expansion. With the high demand for flights in the Caribbean, the company is also able to tap in to offer rewards points which can eventually help the number of passengers to increase due to competitive and affordable rates.
Threats Explanations Paragraph
Silver Airways faces a lot of threats from fuel cost to them having to also compete with larger established airlines such as JetBlue, American Airlines etc... While this may be a much smaller threat to the company, one of the biggest issues they may face is airlines having to adhere to many safety regulations and restrictions. Having to adhere to those various threats, this can

Case – Recreational Park Project 2024 The public has recognized the benefits of recreation and parks as essential to their health and quality of life. A recent survey conducted in 2022 found that the construction of more recreational facilities was a top priority among residents of Lazarette Town on Fugit Island. Feasibility Analysis for Dragon Karate Sports
A feasibility analysis is critical in determining a business initiative's viability and possible success. It entails assessing several elements that can impact the viability and profitability of a company proposal. A feasibility analysis is critical for Santosh Kshirsagar and his karate academy, Dragon Karate Sports. To determine the venture's sustainability and make educated decisions, Santosh needs to follow these four feasibility analysis processes; 1 - Industry market analysis - Santosh needs to assess the demand for karate classes in Kolhapur. He should analyze the target market, competition, and potential growth prospects. Understanding the market dynamics will help him identify opportunities and challenges. 2 - Product/service analysis - To ascertain the demand for karate instruction in the region where Santosh plans to open his Academy; and should do a thorough market analysis.
