The graph shows a positive correlation. As the number of worked hours increases , the amount he was paid increases.

Yes data also show causation because increase in number of worked hours can cause increase in amount he was paid. Yes x number of worked hours cause y amount he was paid. Other factor be influencing the data results may be skill of the employee(Lane) because highly skilled employee was paid more amount.

Given information: Jobs-Lane works as a cook at a pizza parlor .The table shows the number of hours he worked and the amount he was paid each month.

Let x be the number of hours he worked and y be the amount he paid each month ,So above table is written as.
