To Explain: The way potential difference and current can be generated using a wire connected in a circuit and two magnets.
Explanation of Solution
Introduction:
Whenever there is a difference in the magnetic field flux through the coil, a potential difference is induced in the coil which generates current in it.
Potential difference can be induced in a given conductor only when there is a relative motion between conductor and magnetic field.
Take the two magnets. Place the magnets in such a way that the wire lies between region where north pole of one and south pole of another faces. In such a position, when the wire is rotated, magnetic flux varies through the wire inducing potential difference and current is generated in the wire.
