Explanation of Solution

Given: A visual basic .NET form with a label.

To find: The method to create a label with blue background and white text with display name as ALIAS.

Solution:

To create a label, follow the steps below:

Click on Toolbox in the fly-out window.

If it is not there, click on View and then on Toolbox.

From the Toolbox, either select and draw or drag and drop the label option.

After the label is made on the form, follow the steps below to change the name to ALIAS and set the background color as blue and text color as white:

Right-click on the label and click on Properties...
