According to Lenz’s law, if the motion of the loop is such that the flux linked with it increases, the induced current will flow in the direction so as to oppose the change that is the induced current should produce magnetic field in the opposite direction (directed out of the plane of the paper). This requires the induced current to flow in the anticlockwise sense.
