Introduction:

In a eukaryotic cell, the most prominent structure containing genetic material is called the nucleus. The nuclear material isenclosed by a double-membrane structure called the nuclear envelope. Outside the nucleus is the endoplasmic reticulum, which surrounds it and remains in close association with it.
