Introduction:

Anemia is a health condition in which the count of red blood cells (RBCs) in the blood is lower than what it should be. This condition is mainly due to a lack of iron. This is because iron is the precursor of haemoglobin, which is the part of the blood that binds with oxygen and carries it to all body parts.
