Introduction:
Blood is a fluid connective tissue, which circulates all the time in our vessels and heart. It takes up a total of 8% of the body weight. Blood contains three types of cells, namely erythrocytes or red blood cells (RBC), leukocytes or white blood cells (WBC), and platelets. Plasma, a clear fluid in the extracellular matrix, is also found in blood. Blood carries oxygen to all body parts, including the brain. Therefore, without blood, there is no life.
