  $x$ Intercept is $4$ that means the balance was paid off at $4$ years and then sold and the $y$ intercept are $32$ that means the balance was initially $\$32,000$ .

This means that it has the height of $0$ initially since it starts from ground.

The graph is never increasing or decreasing from $0<x<4$ since the balance is always decreasing.

The graph has relative maximum and relative minimum.
