Introduction:
The transfer of blood from a donor to a recipient, for the compensation of lost blood due to tissue injury, surgery and some diseases. A typical blood has several components; which includes red blood cells, white blood cells, platelets and plasma. The hemolytic reaction will occur during the transfusion of incompatible blood from one person to another.
