Given information :

For counter-clockwise rotation of point O through ${400}^o$ represent as $R_{O,400}$ .

Concept used:

A rotation is a transformation suggested by rotating a paddle wheel. When wheel stops, new position of a paddle referred as the image of initial position.

As per the given problem

For counter-clockwise rotation of point A through ${400}^o$ represent as $R_{O,400}$ .

  

Because rotation for one whole circle is rotation for 360°. So, instead rotation of 400° counter-clockwise, we can use rotation of 40° clockwise.

  $\Rightarrow R_{O,400}=R_{O,400-360}=R_{O,40}$
