Double Helix:
A double helix is the twisted ladder like structure of a DNA. The DNA is made up of two strands stick together with help of hydrogen bonding between the complementary base pairs. Given below is the double stranded structure of DNA.
Nucleosome:
It is referred to a section of DNA which is wrapped around histone protein in the nucleus. The nucleosome allows the coiling of the DNA and fit it in a smaller space inside the nucleus. Given below is diagram of a nucleosome.
