Substitute
Simplify the above equation.
The value of y is 0.5.
Back - substitute 0.5 for y in equation (1).
The value of x is 2.5.
Thus, the quantity of Kenyan coffee is 2.5 pounds and Sri Lankan coffee is 0.5 pounds.
