Yes, I agree with the statement that organizational learning is a threat to the free will of individuals. Organizational learning refers to learning that continues over multiple years, and not just one year. In my opinion, this type of learning prohibits growth in the employees. In this learning style, if an employee leaves a job their training will not start over. The employees might not get any new training that they desperately need. For example, say I go from working at Mcdonalds to working at Burger King. They are both fast food restaurants. Well will organizational learning, when I go to Burger King my training will continue. Just because they are both fast food restaurants does not mean they always have the same methods of doing work. With this learning style, the managers at Burger King might think you know everything about working there. It could cause you to lose your job, especially if you did not know how they differ from your previous job (Startup Sloth, 2021). I believe that managers should favor individual learning for their employees. Individual learning styles help people get better at an activity until they become really good at it. All employees, when they start a new job, start at the same level. This ensures that all employees get the same training. Then when a new employee starts, they start at the bottom and work their way up. This can also help when it comes to promoting people to a management position. You know that you are promoting people who know how to do the job (Startup Sloth, 2021). Word count: 265
