Summary Introduction

For the synthesis of the gene chip device, the genome sequence is used. It is also used for identify difference of genome among the closely associated strains of the same species, recognize particular microbes, identify the sequences that specially bound by the binding protein of DNA and to estimate the gene expression. The global study of transcription is called as transcriptomics. There are essential approaches that used in the transcriptomics are RNA-Seq and microarrays.
