i.e. $x=-7$ and $x=4$

So,

  $x+7=0$ and $x-4=0$

Now,

  $\left(x+7\right)\left(x-4\right)=0$

So,

  $x^2-4x+7x-28=0$

Hence,

  $x^2+3x-28=0$
