Program Plan Intro
Head pointer:
For the implementation of queue, a block of contiguous cells reverse in the main memory which holds the queue at its projected maximum size. In this condition, the operations are performed at the both ends of the structure.
Two memory cells are set aside the structure to use as pointer. The pointer that keeps track of the head of the queue in the structure is called head pointer.
Tail pointer:
The pointer that keeps track of the tail of the queue in the structure is called tail pointer.
