Concept Information:
A retromer is the complex used for shuttling proteins from the endosomes to the Golgi apparatus inside a cell.
A neurodegenerative disease that has been mainly seen in old people that causes symptoms such as loss of memory, delusions and even changes in personality is known as Alzheimer’s disease. The brains of the individuals suffering from it shrink and also lose certain folds of the lobes.
