Here Red colour represents the region of inequality $y\ge x+10$ .

Violet colour represents the region of inequality $y\le x-3$ .

As there is no common region of Red and Violet colour

There exists no values of $\left(x,y\right)$ which satisfy these inequalities.

So there is no solution.
