Introduction:

The macromolecular crowding can be defined as the phenomenon in which intracellular condition is highly crowded. The cell contains a large number of heterogeneous molecules like macromolecules, membranes, cytoskeleton, and other obstacles. They are responsible to impede the molecular movement in the cell.
